We are seeking an approachable, friendly person who will fit with the Holy Trinity team. An ability to remain calm under pressure and provide a reassuring presence to children and parents is of paramount importance. A sense of humour will also be required. We have a happy, settled, optimistic and supportive staff.
As a stand-alone academy we have chosen to employ on the same terms and conditions as Local Authority schools, including pension arrangements and HR policies.
We are proud of our status as an ‘outstanding’ church school. Applicants should be in sympathy with our Church of England ethos.
